This notice governs access to and use of the InduFreelance website. Anyone who accesses it becomes a user and accepts what is stated here from the moment they browse the site.

Content published by users —profiles, projects, documents— remains the property of its owners, under the terms of section 14 of the Terms and conditions.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. Surf Engineering, S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or the services they offer.

The site is offered with every effort to ensure it works properly, but the absence of interruptions or errors is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Surf Engineering, S.L. is not liable for damage arising from the site being unavailable, from malicious code introduced by third parties, or from misuse of the platform by a user.
