Cookie policy

InduFreelance does not currently set any cookies. What it does store in your browser, and why, is explained here.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

1. Cookies and local storage

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser and that is sent back to the server with every request. Local storage is similar in that it also stores data in your browser, but it is not sent anywhere: only the page itself reads it, on your device.

The distinction matters because the regulations require consent for anything that is not strictly necessary, whether or not it is a cookie.

2. What InduFreelance uses

We do not set our own or third-party cookies, and we do not use analytics, advertising, social media or any tracker. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The only thing the application stores is technical local storage, which it needs to work:

KeyPurposeDuration
indufreelance:identityRemembers which account and profile you are signed in with, so you do not have to specify them on every page.Until you sign out or clear your browser data.
indufreelance:backoffice-adminThe same, for staff who sign in to the administration Backoffice.Until you sign out or clear your browser data.
indufreelance:demoRemembers that you are in demo mode, where nothing you do is sent to the server.Until you leave the demo or clear your browser data.

None of these keys can be used to follow you across other sites, and none is shared with anyone. Nothing is loaded from third-party servers either —not even fonts, which are served from this same site—, so opening a page does not reveal your visit to anyone.

3. How to delete or block it

You can delete local storage and cookies from your browser settings, under privacy and browsing data (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and their mobile equivalents). You can also block their use for this site.

If you block it, the application will still open, but you will have to specify your account and profile on every visit, because that is exactly what was stored.

4. If this changes

If InduFreelance ever adds analytics or any other technology that is not strictly necessary, your consent will be requested before it is enabled, with the option to refuse, and this page will list each cookie in detail: name, provider, purpose and duration.
