Freelance CNC programmers, milling machinists, turners and welders in Spain
A production peak or an absence in the workshop is covered by someone who can set up the machine from the first shift. Here you can see who can start, which CNC control they work with and when they are free.
/ For companies
Find the right technician.
- Filter by the control you have: Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens Sinumerik, Fagor.
- Separate those who program in CAM from those who set up and make the part at the machine.
- See the welder's declared certification and the process they master: TIG, MIG/MAG, stick.
- Narrow down by province: for workshop jobs, distance matters.
/ For technicians
Get found.
- Set when you are free and nobody writes to you while you are not.
- Your rate is not on any list and does not compete with anyone's.
- Show previous parts and programs without handing over the files.
- Ask colleagues who have already been in that workshop before accepting.

- 02
CNC Milling Machinist
Sets up, adjusts and produces the part on 3- or 5-axis milling machines: tools and cutting parameters, fixtures and clamping, drawing reading and shop-floor metrology.
- 03
CNC Turner
Turns on CNC lathes, including multitasking with C axis or sliding headstock: setup and adjustment, threading, cutting parameters and dimensional inspection on the machine itself.
- 04
3D Printing Specialist
Manufactures additively: FDM, SLA, SLS and metal (SLM/DMLS), preparation in Magics or PrusaSlicer, design for additive manufacturing, post-processing and rapid prototyping.

/ Frequently asked questions
About manufacturing and machining
- Can I find someone to cover a specific shift?
- You can filter by the date you need them to start and see only those available then. You agree the scope and terms directly in the conversation.
- Can I ask for a certified welder?
- EN ISO 9606 certification is declared as a skill, so you can filter by it as well as by process —TIG, MIG/MAG— and material. The technical profile also shows the work experience confirmed by the companies where they welded.
- Are a CAM programmer and a milling machinist the same thing?
- Not always. Some program in the office, and some program at the machine and also set up and machine the part. Each technician chooses one of the two as their profile trade, and searching by CNC control or CAM software finds both.
- Can I repeat the search the next time I need it?
- Yes. Searches are saved with their criteria and can be run again in one click, which is usual when the same need comes back every few months.
